Tilly is a witch with a kind gentle smile. Tilly is a one of a kind doll. Her head and hands are constructed from Super Sculpey and painted with acrylic paints. Her hair is real. Her dress and shawl are made of a soft fabric and can not be removed, so is not washable. The upper part of her body is padded and suspended on a wooden dowel that is inserted and glued into a wooden base. Her arms have very limited movement. Her broom can be taken from her hand, but her hat cannot.
